Your position in our team

• Initiate a success experience for our global customers with a focus on the DACH region
• Support and advise our customers on complex inquiries and challenges related to our software product via screen sharing and other means of communication
• Interface between our Sales, Accounting, Development and Product team and our customers to ensure smooth communication and problem resolution
• Independent processing of 1st and 2nd level support tickets

Your profile

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, ideally from the Tech / SaaS environment
• IT affinity and interest in digital processes and software
• You are a solution finder and enjoy getting involved in new situations and interactions with customers/interfaces on a daily basis
• Service-oriented approach, excellent communication skills, both in English and German, paired with intercultural competence
• Meticulous work ethic and the ability to maintain your sense of humor and keep a cool head in hectic times
• Ideally knowledge of the fitness industry
