About the role

The objective of this role is to provide our sales and account management teams with actionable insights and guidance by turning complex data into compelling stories and You will work closely with stakeholders in sales, revenue operations, account management, data, product and finance, leverage our data and facilitate smarter and faster commercial This position is based in our HQ in

What you'll do:

• Drive analysis of our sales performance in order to effectively steer execution for our B2B
• Create meaningful views/dashboards in our reporting tool Tableau to support our commercial stakeholders in their day to day decision
• Closely track and review operations and people performance and optimize, define and document new processes in close collaboration with other
• Liaise with our Data and Product & Engineering teams to ensure our transactional systems can provide the data and data sets needed to support business
• Support senior management in ad-hoc reports, business modeling and other critical

What you'll bring

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Information Management, Economics, (or another STEM field)
• 2+ years of experience in fast paced environment (Experience in B2B facing teams is a plus)
• Thorough and data driven mindset with a solid business (understanding of SQL, Excel and Tableau; R/Python is a plus)
• Hands-on attitude, capable of dealing with constant change and being able to get things done in a timely and effective
• Ability to summarize and explain complex topics in a digestible
• Solid project management and coordination skills with the ability to take initiatives and drive
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and Knowledge of German language is a plus
