What you will be doing

• Work on product design (UX/UI), embedded in a cross-functional agile team, working with your peers from Product and Engineering
• Design and improve products our customers love and which create value
• Work alongside design on discovery and research tasks in order to identify customer problems and needs
• Be part of a self-organizing working environment for Product & Tech
• Collaborate with different departments to bring together the experience across the customer journey ( contribute to personas, customer journey maps)
• Take active part in prototyping projects
• Perform regular tests and analysis
• Contribute to the design system and DesignOps

Who we are looking for

• Proven track record (ideally 2+ years) working on the product part of design: assessing viability and feasibility, gathering data, distinguishing between the vision and how to split it into shippable increments,
• You have a solid understanding of user needs and what it means to create great user experiences
• Relevant experience in user research
• You are proactive, growth-oriented and able to give and receive constructive feedback
• You have previously worked in agile teams (ideally dual or tri-track agile) and can take ownership when necessary
• Experience in service design or copywriting are a plus
• Min B1 level of German
• Experience with conversion ratio optimization (CRO) is a plus
