Your role:

• Creating original copy in English for fields such as movie/TV synopsis, news updates and descriptions of content providers (streaming services). As we develop upcoming projects, there may also be opportunities to write news, reviews and shareable social media content
• Staying up-to-date with movie & TV show releases including everything from hit Indian TV shows to the latest American blockbusters
• Writing and maintaining texts about the latest entertainment news
• Researching and staying on top of upcoming movie & TV show releases
• Working closely with an international copywriting team

For this particular role we are looking for:

• A native English speaker with excellent written and verbal skills
• Previous copywriting experience (ideally focused on SEO). Editorial experience is a considerable bonus
• A knowledge and passion for movies, TV shows and the Indian entertainment industry
• You are intrinsically motivated and ambitious (having your own hobby project such as a entertainment-related blog is a considerable plus point)
• You have an excellent eye for detail for everything from proofreading to recognising reliable sources online
• Excellent communication skills, punctuality and the ability to efficiently work remotely
