For our Project on construction side, Frankfurt am Main / Mainz area, we are looking for a full-time position starting

Commercial Project Manager - Data Center (m/w/d)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preparation, monitoring and implementation of cost plans, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other commercial documents
• Subcontracting and change control management
• Payment transactions: Final invoices and payment to suppliers and subcontractors
• Tender management: preparation of tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client
• Implementation of risk and value management and cost control
• Advice on procurement strategy, contractual entitlements
• Identify, analyse and develop responses to commercial risks
• Preparation of cost estimates, review of tender calculations as well as repair and maintenance projects
• Analysis and writing of detailed progress reports and cash flow forecasts
• Evaluation of completed projects payment transactions

Your Profile:

• Business administration or technical degree or comparable qualification, technical background desirable
• Experience in the commercial handling of a large (international / M+E) projects (3-5 Years)
• Sound and in-depth knowledge of contract law, including FIDIC, EPC
• Legal knowledge, including BGB, VOB
• Sound and business fluent knowledge of German and English
• Work permit for Germany or citizen of an EU-Country required
