The Role

The Researcher will support the in-house lab activities of the Drug Substance & Chemistry team, which is part of the CMC The successful candidate will work closely with other researchers/scientists in an interdisciplinary team environment to help with all activities related to the production of oligonucleotides which includes:

• Manufacturing of oligonucleotides by performing all stages of the process, such as the synthesis, cleavage&deprotection, and
• Perform proper documentation and accurate record-keeping of experimental data
• Execution of analytical tests (HPLC, UV-Vis, and mass spectrometry)
• Support preparation of technical protocols and reports
• Support the preparation, or revision, of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Support general lab activities such as equipment maintenance and inventory management

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in organic chemistry (HLO), analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biopharmaceutical sciences or related scientific discipline, or Master s degree in the same
• Working experience minimum of 0-2 years (Associate researcher) or 2 to 5 years (Researcher).

• Strong laboratory skills and a high degree of attention to
• Good understanding of, and hands-on experience with, analytical techniques such as HPLC, LCMS, and UV-Vis
• Proficient in spoken and written
