• Lead, develop and challenge our growing IT Security Team providing knowledge, inspiration and motivation as well as guidance

• Develop and implement a holistic, sustainable and scalable Cloud Security Architecture with the relevant Tech and Product Teams including topics such as Identity and Access Management, Data Security, Application Security and Network Security

• Orchestrate and drive initiatives within the team and across the Tech & Product organization

• You drive the IT Security team towards

  • enabling stakeholders with knowledge, processes and tooling to ensure product security
  • handling and investigating security events and incidents in a timely manner
  • automating our daily security operations to allow us to focus on things that matter
  • continuously support improvement to protect our overall company security posture

• You have worked in cross-functional product teams / organizations and bring a vast experience in secure engineering of scalable web applications and databases in Cloud environments
