Your tasks this is what awaits you in detail

• You bridge the gap between our legal departments and our product management
• With your strong project management skills, you take end-to-end ownership for tackling the most impactful regulatory changes to the European e-commerce market
• As a single point of contact for new legal requirements in our product organization, you push, manage and monitor projects that require cross-team collaboration
• You build and maintain a strong network of coordination counterparts & stakeholders in other (non-technical) business units
• You work with and steer an operational team that maintains and owns a ruleset of undesirable or legally not acceptable You design processes to ensure manual quality assurance and incident management, as well as compliance with product data requirements ( mandatory attributes or product labels)

Your profile this is what we expect from you

• You have a university degree in a management-related field such as business administration, international management, information technology, or similar
• You see yourself as an enabler and bridge You want to help people and our business to succeed - you focus on solutions not on obstacles
• You have multiple years of experience and a proven track record in project management or process Ideally, you have worked in a consulting environment with a digital and/or legal/compliance context or managed an operational team in the past
• You have a good understanding of how a tech or product-oriented company works and ideally worked with product owners or product managers before
• You have great analytical skills, a great business sense (ideally but not necessarily in the e-commerce domain), and a desire to push things forward
• You have excellent communication (ideally in German and English) and stakeholder management skills and are able to understand and explain complex processes and requirements to all levels of management
