JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for negotiating, structuring, and/or administrating contractual documents that establish business relationships with vendors, customers and/or Works with sales and service teams as well as the legal department to structure Analyses contracts to ensure compliance to company policy, government specifications and other

• Execute and manages all contracts for one or more customer
  
• Provide contract expertise when participating with cross-functional teams regarding contract tactics, bids, terms, and customer
• Contributes expertise in contract strategy meetings to identify issues and customer
• Liaising between parties regarding contract development, and negotiations regarding terms and conditions, and drafting and revising changes as
• Manage the contract database, as well as monitor contract s expirations and
  
• Negotiate custom contract terms, conditions and follow up to ensure execution according to the negotiated
• Identifying potential risks contract changes may pose to
  
• Independent contract negotiation directly with customers which can include virtual meetings and/or travel to Customer
• Provides direction on issues within area of expertise and assists department leadership in setting strategic
  
• Requires a detailed understanding of contract law and the ability to apply that knowledge independently, including the regular use of originality and
• Maintain contracted pricing in ERP
  
• Project-manage resolution of unprecedented invoice
  
• Ensuring relevant documentation accompany contracts, and maintaining digital copies of relevant
