Senior Sales Officer

Looking for dedicated, experienced person to drive sales in Kheyti farmer cluster

What you will do

• Drive sales in cluster and achieve sales target set by the Cluster Manager
  

• Conduct sales pitch meetings to enroll farmers in Kheyti s programs and meet enrollment targets
  

• Help cluster team expand to new districts
  

• Identify and onboard dealers to strengthen Kheyti s sales capacity
  

• Support cluster manager in owning up P&L and preparing reports on performance of cluster
  

• Thinking on new strategies to improve the sales in the cluster
  

• Working closely with farmers in rural areas and show a active interest in providing the services
  

Ideal persona

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in sales, preferably rural sales
  

• Must have 1+ year experience in Agri sales
  

• Willingness to live and work in rural India
  

• Any Bachelor Degree from a recognized Institute
