Job Description
Open Position: Senior IT Support Engineer (IT Service Provider)
An IT service provider is currently Senior IT Support Engineer to join them in their Kuala Lumpur
Key responsibilities include:
Holds a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Telecommunications or any relevant
Project management and execution of ongoing support
Triage and multitask several IT support and delivery projects
Actively support customer s request and managing issues/escalations raised by customers
Having Network Certifications such as CISCO (CCNA/CCNP) or Aruba Network or etc would be an added
Good verbal and written communication
