Supply Chain Co-ordinator part-time (school hours)
20k - 23k pro rata + Professional development, progression opportunities, 20 days holiday + pension
This supply chain service provider is working for a number of food and consumer goods growing brands supporting them to deliver the best order fulfilment for their UK retailer customer They are growing quickly offering clear routes for progression and opportunities for personal and professional
The Supply Chain Co-ordinator role is responsible for:
- Receiving and processing of orders, including EDI and manual orders
- Dealing with order fulfilment
- Processing invoices and resolving delivery discrepancies and raising credit notes
- Communicating effectively with customers and warehouse service providers to maintain a high service This will include preparing stock reports and month end stock
You ll be committed to good customer service and be able to work with accuracy and confidence with people at all levels in the business, having worked in a similar role You will be numerate (equivalent to GCSE grade C or 5+) and have good knowledge of MS office, particularly with excel and also preferably some accounting software (Quickbooks, Xero, Sage), although this is not
