Opportunity

A Management Consultant is an individual contributor playing a major role in executing client commitments and projects to completion, including planning, analyzing, designing, presenting, implementing, and achieving sustainable improved In way of fact-finding activities, consultants are expected to clearly identify areas of improvement, analyze and summarize data, logically structure recommendations and formulate an understandable business case, and finally execute committed initiatives based on the voice of the All Management Consultants work with a project team led by the Program Lead and Project

  • Analyze complex data and synthesize the information for effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Facilitate engagements with various levels of an organization aimed at creating business plans, gap analyses, process maps, labour/work analyses, and other process improvement
  • Apply results-based problem solving to design and conceptualize client solutions based on a solid understanding of business process improvement and change management
  • Support client engagements through creating high-quality deliverables, solutions, industry best practices, and other knowledge artifacts to meet committed initiatives
  • Focus on analyzing and diagnosing the client s current state, identifying improvement opportunities based on addressing root causes, architecting solutions, and implementation roadmaps across various
  • Develop, maintain, and strengthen client relationships through day-to-day communication and continuously help define the voice of the customer

  • 4-5 years of relevant work experience implementing operational process improvement in Retail, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Information Technology, and/or
