Product Manager

Do you have a high degree of commercial acumen, love technology and genuinely enjoy solving business problems?

If so, come join the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS) as a Product Manager, you will play a key role in the lifecycle management of a number of products within the Publishing portfolio, which includes content platforms, apps, APIs as well as e-commerce and product

You will define and deliver the product roadmap, which includes the identification of market trends, design of appropriate business solutions, planning of product development, and working closely with sales and marketing teams on the implementation of go-to-market

Requirements:

• Business- High degree of commercial acumen and entrepreneurial spirit to ensure successful product Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on the detail while maintaining the bigger Ideally, prior experience working in a B2B commercial
• Product Development- Ideally two years of product management experience, working closely with technical development teams using Agile
• User Experience- Exemplary customer focus and experience in translating customer and business needs into Skilled in communicating complex information to both end users and internal

• Communication and Relationship Building- Excellent communication skills to sell product visions to a broad audience ranging from the team to end-users and senior
• Negotiating and influencing- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills and the ability to lead multiple projects within a matrix

The Team

We work closely with our expert Content teams, our Tech team, and Sales and Marketing colleagues to build high-quality products on the safe and effective use of We do this by researching user needs across a range of different professions and sectors, as well as using data from our analytics We re a small team who enjoys sharing our insights with one another and the wider organisation, as well as continuously learning and trying new and better ways of getting the job

How we are currently working

We work flexibly, with a mix of home working, as well as in-person collaborative sessions in our London office to help us deliver effectively, as well as spend some time
