Job Description

We are hiring a Key Account Manager for Atlantic Canada for one of our licensed producer Cannabis

As the Key Account Manager, you will have full accountability for delivering optimized retail solutions to our valued key account partners acrossAtlantic We are looking for a proven sales leader who s inspired by the prospect of working for a global leader in the cannabis industry yet also demonstrates the agility to be successful in a rapidly growing As a Key Account Manager, you will be part of a highly engaged, high performing, collaborative and fun sales We pride ourselves on having strong ethics and a great sense of responsibility to each

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage customer relationships with provincial boards and key retail customer to actively promote and grow the company
  • Full commercial ownership of regional Key Accounts performance (Objectives and KPIs). This includes volume, distribution, and market share The creation of customized sales solutions and the field level execution of all Atlantic Canada Key Account
  • Track and measure key account performance by Present sales results and trends to both internal and external stakeholders while identifying opportunities in
  • Use market insights, customer and consumer feedback and an understanding of the competitive landscape to anticipate product preference and support company efforts in creating an effective innovation
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and partners to ensure best in class
  • Manage retail listings and track progress of retail trade
  • Lead all retail customer program calendars in partnership with marketing, trade and broker
  • Manage and submit regional product listings to provincial boards and category
  • Work with internal stakeholders on product information, forecasting, costing, and
  • Annualized and quarterly planning and objective setting to ensure corporate objectives are


Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales leadership within a packaged goods, beverage alcohol, pharmaceutical or related industry inAtlantic
  • Experience in Key Account Management at a head office
  • Post-secondary degree in either Business Administration, Commerce, or other related
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel and
  • Entrepreneurial in spirit while also leveraging the assets that come from being a part of a global
  • Additional experience in marketing or trade marketing would be considered an
  • Superior communication skills, including verbal, written and
  • Strong time management and organization skills with significant attention to
  • Demonstrated ability of leveraging customer, consumer, and category data to develop fact based selling
  • The willingness to balance both office hours and in-market customer visits (up to 40% in field).
  • Must have a valid drivers
