- Doing estimates
- Measuring Quantities from plans to compile BOQs
- Preparing tender documentation
- Preparing valuations
- Measuring and agreeing to final accounts
- Project Management
Requirements
- BSc (Hons) degree in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 8-10 years experience in a PQS environment working on large commercial projects
- Pr QS registration with SACQSP
- Proficiency in DimX, WinQS and MS Office
