What does a Lounge Data Administrator at Collinson do?

We have an opportunity to join the Lounge Data Team on a 6 month This role will provide support to the Lounge Data team with lounge invoice reconciliation and various administrative tasks, including the adoption of good-practice business processes and systems to agreed standards and to provide support for all other activities as required for Priority Pass (EAME).

Your duties will include and are not limited to the following activities and tasks:

Invoice reconciliation

  • Process Lounge Partner s monthly invoice submissions within
  • Acquire expert knowledge of internal systems used for data-entry, reporting and
  • Ensure spreadsheets are accurate and kept up to date when logging invoice submissions and
  • Investigate discrepancies with invoice reconciliation and liaise with Lounge Partners to resolve queries in a timely
  • Report invoice submission best practice issues to Lounge Partner and internal teams, arranging refresher training if

Data Entry

  • Accurately input manual lounge visit vouchers into the Priority Pass back office
  • Identify and correct any data entry errors with lounge visits an

Administration

  • Monitor and maintain a busy shared inbox and ensure enquiries are handled within
  • Process internal and external requests for lounge visit adjustments and
  • Reporting lounge visit adjustments internally to billing
  • Produce lounge visit / invoice reports for
  • Work closely with the Lounge Data Supervisor to improve and streamline existing processes to ensure:
    • Prompt and accurate receipt of invoice submissions from
    • Quality and presentation of data received from lounges is

How will you make a difference as a Lounge Data Administrator at Collinson?

  • Working in a Customer or Administrative Support position and have previous experience of high-volume data input
  • A good understanding of best-practice Data Entry systems
