Description

Reporting directly to our Senior People Partner, you will provide proactive technical and operational HR and People Operations support to the EMEA Heart team as well as provide ad-hoc support to the Talent Acquisition

You will have an eagerness to develop your understanding of UK employment law and will be working closely with the Senior People Partner to provide a pragmatic HR best practice service to our junior management

Key Responsibilities:

Admin

- Handling holiday queries

- Issuing all HR related letters

- Updating all systems with employee data including; starters, leavers and ad hoc requests on the system efficiently and accurately

- Managing and processing employee benefits

- Collating and assisting in the administration of the monthly payroll submission ensuring checks are consistently completed and absolute accuracy is maintained

HRIS Management

- become a champion on with our HR systems and train users on how to use them

- Employee Data input and management on systems

- Providing various HR reports from HRIS on a monthly and Ad-hoc basis working with the Senior People Partner to translate them into actionable insights and

End to End Employee Lifecycle Support

- Managing and monitoring all onboarding and offboarding admin through Hibob

- Helping new joiners with their IT set up

- Collating, analysing and actioning new starter feedback

- Probationary review management and following up with management for compliance

- Conduct exit interviews and analyse leaver data on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, providing insightful commentary to the HR team and wider business to support with effective decision making

Employee Relations

- Supporting the Heart function with the planning and implementation of HR engagement activities and initiatives

- Assist with first line ER support to Junior Management escalating any high risk/complex cases to the Senior People Partner

- Create and deliver D&I events for all Influencer employees & establishing an L&D calendar for the organisation

Projects

- Pro-actively contribute towards the continuous improvement of internal HR processes for the business, including undertaking research on how to develop the HR function within this growing company as and where

- DEI Ownership

- Conducting benchmarking research and developing supporting tools that help our employees and line managers to understand and correctly follow all procedures

Requirements:

Experience of supporting ER casework with an aim to start managing these processes

Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to use own initiative to identify and manage work
