Responsibilities
Produce a business plan to achieve growth and set KPI goals
Oversee current business in designated territories by reviewing forecasts, backlog, and inventory Build and maintain rapport with key
Oversee the selection of proper representative firms for the region and maintain a strong relationship with them and their Provide them with support and updates while monitoring their customer service and support ;
Gather market information from the customer base for new products and potential new
Work with OEM engineering staff to identify new product applications and
Provide the company with regular monthly, quarterly and end of year customer updates and business
Establish and adjust product prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and
Expand the customer base by identifying markets and customers that the company should be targeting, counseling and providing technical support to sales representative firms, visiting the territories on a regular basis, and following through with sample/design opportunities until
2+ years in a sales engineer position with skills related to customer management, technical support, RFQs, and more
Engineering background with ability to speak technically to all levels of the
Technical knowledge of electromechanical devices such as relays, actuators, sensors, vacuum pumps, and other related
Preferred
Knowledge of relays
International business experience, Asia preferred
