About the Role:
The purpose of this role is to provide sales and customer support to the The role will focus on qualifying, contacting, and collecting information about the leads to help turn them into
Responsibilities:
- Make calls to targeted leads using a given database/list
- Follow-up with leads who requested call back or did not respond
- Utilize question/form guide to collect intake information while making the conversation as natural and spontaneous as possible
- Record and update the lead s information accurately as instructed
- Go the extra mile to meet targets and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and other records of useful information
- Document best practices and processes accordingly
- Prepare and manage ongoing reports
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years work experience in a relevant or related position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional rapport building capability
- Excellent phone manner and great call management skills
- Wide Sales or Customer Support background is a huge plus
- Ability to understand/comprehend people with varying accents (Indian, Spanish, Southern, etc)
- Relevant work experience in the Insurance / Financial industry is a plus but not required
- With a proven track record of successfully meeting conversion quota
- Resourceful, independent, proactive, time-sensitive, and detail-oriented
- Tech-savvy
