Responsibilities
We re looking for a driven Solution Manager to develop and implement logistics and supply chain solutions across
- Develop and implement solutions in accordance with customer requirements;
- Own and manage solution design processes and timelines;
- Engage with clients and external teams on requirements and translate them into functional requirements;
- Create documentation to facilitate internal discussions and information transfer;
- Participate in the development of client proposals and client meetings;
- Ensure that project implementation meets the clients expectations and requirements;
- Enable internal teams to deliver effective solutions;
- Identify areas for service optimization and process improvement to ensure that efficiency and productivity are at optimum levels;
- Interface and work closely with regional cross-functional teams;

- Degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant field of study;
- At least 2 years of relevant experience the logistics and supply chain industry;
- Experience working with process improvement methodologies, such as Kaizen, Six Sigma, ;
- Organisational skills, and ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams;
- Strong customer-focus and excellent communication skills;
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to new requirements and innovation;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
