This role is responsible for the provision of legal, privacy and data governance compliance support within the organization and to The position requires a candidate who is detail oriented with excellent drafting, negotiation and communication

In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop OnceHub s compliance governance
- Develop and monitor controls to ensure that all business practices, processes, and activities are consistent with internal policies and applicable regulations and
- Direct and engage with regulators and external certification auditors ( SOC 2).
- Assist with drafting and reviewing OnceHub legal agreements and internal
- Negotiate contract terms with customers and third-party
- Engage with customers regarding due diligence requirements and third-party risk
- Provide advice and training to internal stakeholders on compliance with applicable data privacy laws and contractual
- Maintain awareness of trends and changes in global privacy regulation as they apply to OnceHub and our service
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
- 5+ years experience within a compliance, legal or privacy function, with recent experience in data privacy
- A degree in law or a related
- Experience of contract negotiation with corporate legal ;
- An understanding of SaaS contracts and data protection addendums an
- Strong knowledge of data privacy and data protection regulation, specifically GDPR and US privacy
- Working knowledge of information technology and data management
- Experience of working in a global organization is an
- Excellent writing and presentation
