To complete the team we are looking for
SOUS CHEF BBQ
Requirements
- Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing the daily operation of the Chinese BBQdepartment
- Prepare and cook high-quality Chinese BBQ dishes using traditional methods and
- Manage a team of chefs and ensure that all dishes are prepared and served to a high
- Order and manage inventory, including controlling food costs and
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized
- Assist in menu planning and recipe
- Train and mentor junior
- Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth and efficient service to
- Have a passion for Chinese BBQ cuisine and extensive experience working in a high-volume
- Have strong leadership skills and be able to work effectively as part of a
