Open Position: Scrum Master (MNC IT Company)
An established MNC IT Company is looking for Scrum Master to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur
Key responsibilities include:
- Guide and assist the team covering Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer and Project Management Team on problem-solving techniques and help the team become better problem-solvers for themselves
- Strong experience being a Scrum Master for IT product development projects that incorporate Agile and Scrum principles and best practices
- Remove obstacles that may be beyond the teams authority or may require support from other teams
- Address roadblocks and technical issues faced to allow the team to remain focused on achieving the milestones and project objectives
- Organising and facilitating daily stand-ups, requirement estimation, sprint & release planning, demos, retrospectives, and other related team meetings
- A team player with good communication and stakeholder management skills
