A Reputable company is currently hiring HR Specialist, Compensation & Benefits to join them in their Kuala Lumpur
Key responsibilities include:
Candidate must possess more than 6 years of solid experience in HR
Evaluating and modifying existing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and
Review and assess current HR policies and provide recommendations to enhance and advocate best
Executes monthly payroll and produces all related
Knowledge in Employment Act, HR policies and etc covering Malaysia Employment & Labour
Good project management and organizational
