Job Description
Job Title: HVAC Project Manager Location: Danbury, CT
Type: Direct Hire Pay: 90k - 115k
Our Client is looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager to join the team in their Danbury, CT office and directly support the Mechanical Contracting

Description:
- Must understand commercial HVAC/plumbing construction, the ability to react quickly to changing conditions and will display strong communication skills
- Provide support to the Project Managers for multiple aspects of projects including procurement, CO s, Q/C, RFIs and submittals
- Participate and provide input into takeoffs, budgeting, planning, scheduling, and production tracking
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in mechanical construction,industrial and commercial OR a bachelors degree in construction management or engineering
- Knowledge in project management, OSHA, and safety codes/practices
- Ability to multitask in a high volume, fast paced work environment with very tight deadlines
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong overall computer skills, proficient with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software, as well as industry-specific terms
