What you will achieve as a Functional Consultant within Business Systems:

• Be the go-to person within the business for all queries surrounding the delivery and ongoing adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Provide 3^rd line support for the existing implementation, ensuring that all users receive resolutions within a timely and efficient
• Be the subject matter expert for configuration and ensuring the system is set up to meet the needs of users across the
• Ensure you have a thorough understanding of Ground Control s business and financial processes to facilitate further analysis and
