Job Description

Role Responsibilities:
- Act as the central support to the business for the annual performance and goals as well as succession and development
- Logging and managing of system change requests while following the standard systems development life cycle governed by the Technology CAB
- Performing a Business Analyst role by compiling functional business specifications for all system
- Performing User Acceptance Testing on all system changes and Success Factors bi-annual release upgrades before they are deployed to the production
- Executing various reporting requirements from Success Factors and Power BI as requested from
- Sorting through data to identify patterns and establish
- Delivering complex reports from active and archived information in state-of-the-art
- Interpreting and explaining rules and regulations that are ambiguous or
- Identifying potential problems through advanced analysis techniques and developing appropriate test cases to assure effective testing of the
- Identifying processing flaws in the business requirements from QA and applications testing
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant tertiary qualification or
Relevant Skills / Experience:
- 5+ years experience within an HR and SAP
- 1+ years experience with SAP
- Knowledge of the following:
- SAP process
- Company and HR policies and
- Reporting and
- Quality, compliance and
- Business Requirements
- Strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SAP HR
Salary Band:
- Our client is looking to pay up to around R45 000 per month (Before deductions).
