Job Description
Position: Quality Inspector
Shift: 1st | Type: Full-Time | Mode: Direct | Industry: Manufacturing
BASIC PURPOSE:
Inspection of production manufacturing to ensure conformance to customer
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS: Visual / mechanical inspections, review of customer drawings, ISO 9001:2015, AS9100, and ISO 13485
FUNCTIONAL SCOPE:
Perform inspections (1st piece, in-process, incoming, and final inspections), internal audits, and reports on materials, processes, and products using variable or attribute measuring instruments and techniques to ensure conformance with the company s quality Inspectors will need computer skills to use custom ERP system, create documents in Excel, and develop inspection programs using Micronite software
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years setup experience on First piece inspection
- Should be analytical and have trouble shooting skills
- Must be familiar with feeds and speeds
- Caliper, Micrometers usage
