Job Type: Full Time | On-site
Salary: R19 000 + Benefits
Head Office: Cape Town, South Africa

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (C1: Full Professional Proficiency or Native Level)
  • Previous experience in Claims Handling
  • Proactive and performing well under pressure
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Flexible and open-minded to ongoing changes and training
  • Matric or higher
  • Strong computer user skills in Microsoft Office tools
  • Previous work experience in Medical Assistance, Insurances or Tourism will be an advantage
Salary and Benefits
  • Salary: R19 000 + Benefits
  • Medical Aid: Discovery Health, Plan: Classic Smart, R2007, from start of contract (+/-7 days)
  • Pension Annuity: 10% (on top of base salary) after the 6 months employment
  • 21 days of leave
  • Parking
  • 13th check = bonus paid out in birthday month
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Responsibilities
  • Claims
  • Answering incoming phone and email enquiries
  • Communication & claims processing arrangements for medical insurance
  • Efficient "start to end" claims handling including data entry and invoice
  • Provide friendly and outstanding customer service
  • Respond to enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work efficiently in a multilingual and multicultural team
