Youll be joining an exciting, fast-growing Transformation Consultancy, led by highly experienced ex-CIOs, Heads of Architecture, and Programme

As Solution Architect, youll face dynamic challenges, working both on internal initiatives and with external clients to influence meaningful, rewarding projects by leading on holistic, best-of-breed designs and solutions across an exciting project

Youll play a key role in ensuring the success of service offerings spanning Transformation Services, Cloud Consultancy, Architecture as a Service, Customer Experience Solutions, Network Monitoring & Management and Software Product Solutions to clients including major Financial Services, Housing, Healthcare, Emergency Services and Logistics

Requirements

• Breadth of Architecture experience spanning various IT domains, projects, and industries
  
• Experience working in complex, Enterprise-size organisations
  
• Expertise in a digital transformation setting
  
• Understanding of the service life cycle
  
• Strong consultative and interpersonal skills
  
• Proven knowledge and experience of working within architecture frameworks (TOGAF )
  
• Production of architectural enterprise, solution, and technical designs (high level & low-level where appropriate)
  
• An understanding of the requirements elicitation and analysis process (including business & technology requirements)
  
• Cloud experience with Azure, AWS or GCP (preferably multiple)
  
• Legacy platform migration and business/operational switch-over strategies
  
• CRM platforms and their use in customer service environments
  
• Contact Centre design, build and deployment
  
• Understanding of DevOps, SecOps, Application Integration and Infrastructure
  
• Experience with Data (Migrations, Warehousing )
