Localization Multimedia Project Manager - remote based

We are looking for a multimedia project manager on behalf of our client, expanding Language service provider, who is growing its team to accommodate the demand for multimedia projects for the international customer

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver all projects and tasks on time and within budget following client requirements
  
• Running multiple project kick-offs and post-project analysis initiatives as necessary
  

• Analysis and preparation of multimedia projects for the localization
  
• Coordinate multiple tasks across video editing teams and recording studios, maximizing studio time
  
• Editing and post-processing of multimedia content
  
• Ensure quality control and processes are followed
  
• Troubleshooting and helping to set standards and processes and continually making recommendations to improve the process and maximize efficiencies where possible
  
• Status reporting, customized to the client's needs
  
• Central handling of queries and support requests
  
  

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of localization experience
  
• at least 2 years working on Multimedia projects will be ideal
  
• The technical background will be a distinct advantage
  
• Experience working with eLearning, digital marketing or social media/content apps
  
• Experience with managing recording studio suppliers and other relevant stakeholders
  
• Knowledge of Storyline, Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere
  
• Knowledge of Localization tools, Trados Studio, XTM, SDL Worldserver and advantage
