IT HELP DESK
La risorsaavr il compito di gestire l helpdesk aziendale fornendo assistenza agli utenti del gruppo su problematiche di natura informatica ( Installazione e sostituzione apparati IT utenti, installazione e gestione software/applicativi )
Il ruolo richiede di prendere in carico le diverse problematiche fornendo un assistenza di primo livello e secondo livello, gestendo le relazioni con fornitori esterni per le soluzioni dei problemi pi
Le richieste di assistenza verteranno principalmente su problematiche di natura HW (stampanti, PC, ) o SW sui principali applicativi aziendali (AS400, SAP ).
Si offre contratto iniziale a tempo determinato con agenzia, finalizzato ad unassunzione diretta da parte
