Open Position: Manufacturing Manager (Heavy Equipment Industry)

An international heavy equipment manufacturing company is looking for a Manufacturing Manager to join the team and be based in the Perak manufacturing

Key responsibilities and requirements include:

• Oversee the manufacturing of heavy equipment from steel structure to complete product in the
  
• Manage resources from technicians to welders who have many years of
  
• Heavy interaction with both the production floor team and
  
• Plan production and make changes to the plan according to requirements and
  
• Be heavily involved in the production floor and getting your hands
  
• Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical
  
• Experienced Manufacturing Manager in a manual fabrication and assembly
  
• Excellent in intricate planning and
  
• Well verse with mechanical, hydraulic and electrical
  
• Highly adaptable to a fast pace manufacturing
  
• Great leadership and communication skills to manage team of 30-40
  
• Good spoken and written
