Responsibilities

We re looking for a highly technical Network Infrastructure Engineer to be part of a global team responsible for the configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of the network ;

• Configure customized and complex network services for clients;
  
• Monitor network infrastructure elements to proactively identify potential incidents;
  
• Analyse and resolve incidents, as the final point of escalation;
  
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal operational efficiency;
  
• Ensure that technical support is rendered according to standard operating procedures;
  
• Support internal teams on projects involving design, architecture and
  

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Communications Engineering or a relevant discipline;
  
• Professional certification in networking;
  
• At least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in network operations;
  
• Strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in network technologies, devices and products;
  
• Knowledge of different operating systems, including scripting and installation;
  
• Keen troubleshooting and analytical skills;
  
• Excellent communication skills to provide clear remote support;
  
• Ability to work well independently and in a
