Job Purpose:
Improve Understanding of the Customers and Markets
Provide media planning, analytics and data support to other marketing verticals
Responsibilities:
.
Preparing consumer insight report based on detailed primary research and secondary research for helping management in strategic decision making
.
Conceptualizing the consumer insight strategy and plan, managing all the core insight tools and responsible for the relationships with external agencies and vendors
.
Ensure the timely conduct of various market research and market intelligence studies for effective decision making including reports
.
Ensure the conduct of product specific research in terms of market potential, competitor activities, competitor pricing, competitor services etc and forward the same to the respective product head
.
Ensure timely preparation of quality research reports for effective decision making
.
Timely preparation and submission of various market research reports (customer preferences, market / industry trends, pricing strategies) to the senior management
.
Conducting Annual Tracks- like Brand Track, Customer Caps, CSAT - for retails customers and dealers.
Job Requirements:
.
Strong understanding of Consumer / Channel partners behavior and marketing
.
Hands on exp in Experimental, non-experimental and quasi-experimental research designs
.
Good in Sampling theory and practice, Survey research and questionnaire design
.
Basics of data processing, tabulation and data management
.
Exposure in Fundamentals of inferential statistics, descriptive statistics & qualitative research methods
.
Exposure to Usage of Technology to conduct large scale researches
.
Experienced in Employee Surveys
.
Good in Report writing, ability to give & take effective briefs
.
Strong reporting and presentation skills along with probing & interviewing capabilities
