Responsibilities:
• Leads efficient planning, forecasting and performance controlling functions for Egypt Operations and contributes to monthly, quarterly and annual forecast commitments for GS ME Financial KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines, accounting standards and financial reporting requirements.
• Drives cost controlling and productivity analysis.
• Supports day-today business activities and works as strategic partner to the Operations and Service Centre managers.
• Develop medium and long term strategy for recruitment and investments for Egypt Service Operations.
• Demonstrable strategic orientation; an out-of-box thinker with a clear focus on problem solving.
• Human Resource Planning, selection, management, assessment and development of employees in the area of responsibility to ensure long-term target achievement.
