For a project at our client's site (home office possible within Switzerland), an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for a motivated IT Project Manager.

In this role, you are responsible for the integration of solutions in order to meet the technical requirements on all levels.

Tasks

• Align with business strategy and the needed technical capabilities with main stakeholders
• Facilitate business, process, service, and application architecture vision discussions and drive decision-making during integration cases
• Ensure execution of TSA within the agreed SLAs by delivering IT solutions aligned with the group strategy
• Drive design and technology stack standardization and simplification related to the integration
• Assess tax, license, and governance implications of target technology operations related to integration
• Prepare decisions on technology organizational setup, including outsourcing for commodity and insourcing strategical capabilities onshore or nearshore related to integration
• Responsible for looking for inefficiencies, bottlenecks, repeating, and manual work and suggesting software-based solutions
• Set IT governance framework to enable the organization to manage IT risks effectively and ensure that information and technology activities are aligned with the overall business and bank objectives

Requirements

• Several years of experience as an IT Project Manager / Enterprise Architect with strong skills in Banking Processes Applications and Systems
• Experience in various project management methods such as Waterfall and Agile
• Knowledge of Cloud Solutions and Cyber Security
• Knowhow of Data Management technologies such as data analytics and statistical tools as well as machine learning
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with an analytical way of thinking
• Fluent in English
