For a project at our client's site (home office possible within Switzerland), an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced Release Manager.

Tasks

• Responsible for the coordination of release activities for a core banking migration project
• Management of release dependencies and preparation of detailed release deployment plans
• Management and mitigation of release risk
• Oversight and coordination of release deliverables from third-party vendors
• Maintain oversight of environment configurations and ensure synchronization
• Conduct release readiness reviews and ensure deliverables/exit criteria for go and no-go meetings

Requirements

• 5 years experience in release and deployment management or a similar role
• Versed with SDLC and software development procedures and technologies
• Good know-how in application release management as well as application and system architecture
• Experience in financial service is a plus
• Ability to interface with technical teams and project managers
• Strong communicator, able to work discreetly and integrative
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
