For a long-term project at our client s site (fully remote possible within Switzerland), an insurance company based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced IT Consultant - Cyber Security.

In this exciting role, you will lead the operationalization of the CIS (Center for Internet Security) Framework Version 7 / 8 Control framework and its related operational processes.

Tasks

• Defining together with the CISO office, the CIS operational control framework
• Responsible for identifying control owners, defining the e frequency of control performance, reporting requirements, stakeholders, KPIs, KRIs
• Lead and guide IT teams in the design and implementation of the processes required to execute the controls according to the designed control framework
• Ensure control owners are aware of their responsibilities and have adequate documentation for executing their controls

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Consultant with a focus on Cyber Security with project management skills
• Experience in implementing security frameworks in complex IT environments
• Strong know-how in CIS Framework Version 7 / 8
• Open personality with an analytical mindset and great problem-solving skills
• Structured, independent, and solution oriented working method
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
