Working Student System Administration (f/m/x)

You ll be responsible for handling IT support requests from various teams and in regular sync with the DevOps/SRE team, you ll further improve existing solutions used inside the company.

YOUR MISSION

• Keeping track of internal requests via Service Desk as well as support requests from various teams (e.g. Sales, Community, People & Culture, and Tech)
• Making sure all support requests are done on time
• Taking care of hardware and software requirements of our employees
• Collaborating with the SRE/DevOps team

YOUR SKILL SET

• Enrolled for a Bachelor s (at least 4th semester completed) or Master s degree preferably in Computer Science, IT, or any related field
• Experience with IT support roles is a plus
• Programming knowledge as well as an understanding of Linux/Windows/Mac systems
• Being able to debug computer networking problems
• Exposure to system admin experience and expertise in Kubernetes is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Fluency in English
