Job Description

In order to deliver the highest possible standards of client care, our client requires fee earners to enforce settlement agreements and ensure work is carried out following the settlement of their disrepair claim. It is an excellent opportunity to enter housing litigation for those from a wider litigation background. Advocacy experience would be a major asset.

Requirements

- 6 years volume litigation experience (Grade C and above).
- Case management experience advantageous (Proclaim is used)
