What we re looking for

Milano Vice is looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer (Freelance) (20h/Week) to work closely with the Marketing Team. The role will shape and deliver the business s vision and strategic operative plans as we expand in existing markets and open new locations. This will be an opportunity to build the Design Vision from the ground up. The role will be integral in leading Milano Vice into its next growth stage.

Tasks

Your role

1. Conceptualizing and developing design solutions for various mediums, including print, digital, and social media.
2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliverables.
3. Developing and maintaining a consistent visual aesthetic across all projects.
4. Presenting design concepts and presenting them to internal stakeholders.
5. Staying current with industry trends and incorporating them into design solutions.
6. Managing the design review process, including feedback and revisions.

Requirements

Your background

1. A bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
2. A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design,
3. Expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
4. Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills.
5. Experience with web and mobile design, including an understanding of responsive design principles and web development technologies such as HTML and CSS not necessary but preferred.
6. Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.
7. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
8. Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work that adheres to brand guidelines.
9. A strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design styles and an ability to design for various mediums and industries.
10. Good understanding of user experience, user interface design principles, and web design trends
11. Strong understanding of marketing, branding, and advertising principles.
