Your tasks

We're looking for a passionate marketer to take our content and brand to the next level. We welcome marketing generalists to apply but you should bring a genuine passion for content or events to thrive in this role. Here's what you'll be doing if you decide to join us:

  • Further developing our content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets, following our credo #no-more-boring
  • Writing, editing, cutting, and proofreading content (short to mid-term, later on, you'll take over the coordination of these activities as new team members join)
  • Managing our relationship with external partners (e.g., agencies for content writing, PR, or media buying)
  • Managing the company's presence at digital and physical events: Planning them from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives, and stepping up to resolve any problems that might occur
  • Coordinating all event logistics, including scheduling, venue, catering, and other necessary arrangements, and ensuring a smooth execution
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with relevant vendors, sponsors, speakers, and other partners
  • Monitoring event performance, creating evaluation reports to measure success and identifying areas of improvement
  • Staying informed of industry trends

Your profile

  • You have 3+ years of experience in a similar role and are knowledgeable of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management (e.g., from working at an agency with a focus on SEO, PR, content writing, social media, etc.)
  • You are ready to test known B2B marketing strategies, try new things, and question the status quo
  • You have a proven track record of developing engaging content (beyond just blog posts and events) that supports our brand identity and commercial objectives and you can't wait to walk us through your creative process
  • You have excellent time management skills and an eye for detail when organizing events, from concept to the day-of, managing internal and external stakeholders with clarity and finesse
  • You are a natural networker at heart, bringing excellent written and verbal communication skills, and you are fluent in English and German
  • You bring enthusiasm for process automation and new technologies such as RPA, AI, and process mining
  • Bonus: You have a passion for leadership and can imagine managing a team in the mid-term

  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment: As proof of this we expect you to bring 2+ years of experience at a scale-up (anything from 30 to 200) or in management consulting, or to convince us why this doesn t matter
  • You demonstrate ownership: You bring your own topics to every agenda and follow through on commitments. You don't just identify problems but also propose solutions.
  • You are a clear and effective communicator: You use Slack and Asana to plan, manage, and execute projects keeping the right stakeholders informed and addressing prioritization needs and tensions as they come up.
