Your role and goals

We are looking for a highly motivated Implementation Consultant - EMEA to join our Solutions team.

A successful Implementation Consultant is an experienced Project Manager who has expert knowledge in our platform and solutions. This skill set allows them to successfully guide a client through their implementation and lead relevant conversations with internal and external stakeholders. They are critical thinkers who are enthusiastic about tech, understand complex data models and take ownership of their projects.

In your first 3 months you will:

• Learn everything you can about our product and take a deep dive into it from a technical perspective
• Shadow your peers and work with our Implementation and Success teams on demo calls
• Co-lead customer deep-dive calls to define project objectives

In your first 6 months and beyond you will:

• Lead the technical implementation of small, medium and enterprise client projects
• Depending on the implementation size and complexity, either guide a customer through an implementation or manage a full implementation project with multiple internal and external stakeholders and longer implementation timelines.
• Manage all stakeholders (internal and external) during the implementation process, taking ownership for the project s success
• Leads project deep-dive calls with customers to scope and plan the technical implementation and determine timelines
• Build project plans, manage deliverables, reports on the status of milestones, and proactively identify project risks
• Provide expert knowledge and best practices on the Productsup implementation process for new customers, in addition to having a high level understanding of 3rd party systems and data models

What you bring to the team

• 2-3 years of experience implementing customers in a B2B SaaS environment
• Customer-facing project management experience is a must
• Ability to work in a high energy and rapidly evolving B2B software startup environment
• Out-of-the-box thinker who can to solve complex problems
• Solution engineering or system integrator experience is a nice to have
• Fluent in both French and English
