L1 Cloud Engineer (German&English are must, Swiss-Based)

Tasks

As a L1 Cloud Engineer, you ll be responsible for:

• Private and Public Cloud s based on VMWare Solutions Support Assistance
• Veeam Infrastructure Administration Support Assistance
• Datacenter Management Support Assistance
• Patch and Update Management of managed systems
• Resolving issues and working with customer tickets
• Configuration and Documentation Management of systems
• HelpDesk and User support for internal team
• Working on a on-call support according to schedule

Requirements

What you ll need

The following experience is relevant to us:

• Understanding of VMWare ESXi clusters, vSAN, storage systems
• Understanding of server hardware and software ( IPMI, iLO, Raid Controllers, Hypervisors )
• Basic Experience with Veeam VBR Administration or similar backup solutions
• Basic experience with Windows and Linux servers
• Understanding of Networks, Subnets, Routes, Firewalls
• Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and time
  management skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and self-manage your workload.
• Excellent communication skills with high energy and a great
  attitude.
• German or Swiss German and English are a must
