Customer Care Representative (Property/Real Estate)
Our client provides a complete suite of services to property investors, from the acquisition, financing and management of investment properties (including rental and maintenance management) to accounting and trust services. They are truly a national property investment company, ideally positioned to assist property investors to master every stage in a successful property investment and achieve financial freedom.
Job Type: Hybrid | Full-Time
Requirements
- Matric qualification required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to make a minimum of 120 calls per day
- Great telephone etiquette
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Professionalism
- Experience in the property industry beneficial
- Valid drivers license and own transport
Responsibilities
- Calling clients/incoming leads
- Following up on client queries
- Make a minimum 20 calls per day
- Book viewings for the Rental Agents
