AutoCAD Draftsman

Roles & Responsibilities:

Preparing 2D & 3D drawings assigned to them within time specified.

Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.

Co-ordinate with design engineer for any clarification.

Performing calculations for materials and weight limitations.

Record Keeping and maintaining ISO documentations

Rafting of all Engineering Drawings including, Architectural / Mechanical / Civil / Structural / P&ID / Electrical schematics.

Sound Knowledge in AutoCAD. Good experience in drafting Civil Floor plan drawings and Quality Control aspects.

Good communication skill in English.

Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team.

Should be able to thoroughly understand project inputs.
Should have understanding on working with layer system, Xrefs, dynamic blocks etc in AutoCAD.

Must be able to prepare construction drawings set and working details set for any architectural project using AutoCAD, with building standards.

Should be willing to work on any project apart from AutoCAD.

Should be good in understanding measurement units.

Requirements

1) Qualifications: B.E. or Diploma (Civil)

2) Experience: 01 to 3 years
