Corporate Planning Officer (fresh graduates are welcome!)

On behalf of our client, we are looking for Fresh Degree graduates to join!

i) To execute matters with regards to corporate communication

ii) To execute company internal control, audits, and improvement activities

Responsibilities

• Execute internal control and export control compliance activities
  
• Organize annual general meetings (AGM)
  
• Organize CEO and group companys business policy meetings
  
• Organize performance review meetings
  
• Organize internal and external audits
  
• Prepare and conduct trainings/briefings/presentations on corporate ethics, internal control, and export control matters to employees
  
• Update the companys homepage, intranet, and company profile
  
• Update company corporate stationery to comply with company standards
  
• Initiate continual improvement activities within the department
  
• Ad-hoc duties
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Management, Communications, Psychology or similar
  
• ABle to speak well and confidently
