Tasks

• Communicates project status, process standards, changes, and issues and workarounds, clearly and succinctly to the business and operations support team
• Owns the research and data analysis for complex projects; may lead to low-complexity projects.
• Design, develop and operationalize high-performance, scalable, secure, and resilient solutions in our cloud platform and services platform- ThoughtSpot
• Partner with peers to implement the most appropriate technologies, and frameworks leading to efficient solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, perform retrospectives, and incorporate the learning to improve ThoughtSpot objects & architecture continuously
• Helping with identifying processes and tasks that can be automated with ThoughtSpot
• Responsible for working with our Enterprise BI Team and Deploying the ThoughtSpot Platforms in Cloud (AWS).
• Deliver successful end-to-end technical architecture to meet client's business objectives and BI/Analytics requirements
• Create a data model for BI/Analytics needs that will help the customer answer business questions for the identified use case
• Design relevant ThoughtSpot artifacts (worksheets, searches, and pinboards) that will help drive desired end-user experience

Requirements

• First-level university degree or equivalent experience; may have an advanced university degree.
• 3+ years of experience in the BI Platforms (Power BI, ThoughtSpot) and a strong background with BI development skillsets
• Strong communication skills (i.e., written, verbal, presentation).
• Mastery in English
